Terms of Use

Last updated: July 29, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProLinkr website at prolinkr.ca(the “Site”), operated by ProLinkr Inc., a company incorporated federally in Canada. By using the Site or joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What ProLinkr is right now

ProLinkr is a hospitality staffing marketplace that is not yet live. This Site is currently a pre-launch page where you can join our waitlist and optionally book an interview to help us build the product. Joining the waitlist does not create any service, employment, or contractual relationship, and we make no promise that ProLinkr will launch, or launch by any particular date or in any particular area.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site.

3. Waitlist and promotional offers

Any incentive we mention (for example, a first-shift bonus) is a promotional intention, not a binding offer. It will be subject to eligibility rules and the final terms we publish at launch, and it may change or be withdrawn. Nothing on this Site guarantees you a bonus, a shift, or access to the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual property

The ProLinkr name, logo, content, and design of the Site are owned by ProLinkr Inc. and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission.

6. Third-party services

Interview booking is provided through Calendly and Google Meet, which have their own terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for third-party services.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProLinkr Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any mandatory protection you have under the consumer-protection law of your home province. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the changes.
